The following update forms can be used to submit to the CV RDC a request to add a new analyte, method, protocol or station. Select the variable type from the list based on the new value that you are requesting (e.g. to add a new chemical being analyzed you would use the analyte form) and retrieve the update form either as a web form or an excel template.

The following can be used to submit a filled out request form in excel to the CV RDC. Select the variable type from the list (new analyte, method, protocol or station) and upload the filled out excel form by clicking the browse button to the right. Once uploaded, click the "Send File" button. You will receive a reply from the CV RDC within one to two business days that we have received the request.
