CV RDC/SWAMP Field Results Template Instructions

Step 1: Select the correct Template Category for your data from the pull-down menu. If you are utilizing a CV RDC Field template please select CV RDC/SWAMP Field Results.

Step 2: Enter your first name, last name, and your e-mail address. The results from the data check and a confirmation of submittal will be sent to this address. A confirmation of successful upload will also be sent to this address.

Step 3: Select the Submitting Agency of the data from the pull-down menu.

Step 4: Select the file you wish to check by clicking on the button labeled "Choose File" to open the File Selection Dialog box. It is recommended you save and close the excel data file before checking it.

Step 5: After you have selected the file, click the "Check Excel File" button to check your file. Note uncheck the "Check for existing samples" if you do not want to check the file against already loaded sample information e.g. if your field data is not already within the database then uncheck this box.

Step 6: If the file had no formatting errors, the data will be checked for compliance against CEDEN business rules. When the testing is complete you will be automatically redirected to the results page.

Step 7: On the results page you will hopefully be greeted by a congratulatory message. If not, any suspected errors with the file will be listed. You may correct the errors in Excel, save and close the file, and check the file again by clicking the back button and re-running the checker.

***Attention ILRP Stakeholders***

Formal submission of data should be made directly to the ILRP per the
requirements in an approved Monitoring and Reporting Program Plan.

Step 8: You may submit your file to the CV RDC data manager by clicking the button labeled "Submit Data to CV RDC".

Step 9: Congratulations, your excel file has been submitted! You may now click the back button to return to the main page to check another file or close the window if you are done using the checker.
